Thank you for choosing to source your solar solutions with us. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of bulk solar product orders, including panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- For custom orders, lead times may vary depending on supplier availability and order volume. Our team will communicate estimated timelines upon confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery and can arrange international freight for select countries upon request.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Weekend deliveries may be arranged at an additional cost.
- All shipments are made through reliable freight and logistics partners experienced in handling sensitive solar equipment.
Bulk Orders & Palletized Shipments
- Solar panels and batteries are shipped on pallets or in crated loads to ensure safe handling and reduce the risk of damage.
- Clients must ensure that suitable offloading equipment (e.g. forklift) is available on-site. If needed, we can arrange offloading services at an additional fee.
- For large-scale orders, delivery will be coordinated with your site manager or project coordinator to ensure smooth offloading and inventory verification.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are quoted based on order volume, weight, and destination.
- You will receive a full shipping quote before dispatch. In some cases, shipping charges may be invoiced separately.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information or direct communication from our logistics provider to keep you updated on the estimated delivery schedule.
Delivery Inspection & Claims
- Upon delivery, please inspect all items immediately in the presence of the delivery agent.
- Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
Undeliverable Locations
- Some remote or high-risk areas may not be serviceable through our standard logistics partners. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements.
